Pros
Quantum is the best thing that has happened to me , improved my English drastically. Gained a lot of skills , because of their free training and managed to progress , which is something I have never done before in other companies, although progression was promised.
Cons
The downsides is that a lot of people are not even trying to work hard and they blame the management or the trainee managers (like me) instead of themselves , when I was one of the entry’s myself once , but I managed to progress.
