- You will be reporting to managers who are from non-technical backgrounds and understand little to none about coding, let alone technology (Imagine how frustrating that must be) - You need to work extra hours for free every day, every freaking day! - No work training is provided - Employee humiliation and harassment are a part of everyday work routine - No job security. Even IITians were fired for silly reasons. - Strict check-in times and lunch breaks. They keep track of every minute of the breaks you take. Employees are asked to leave for the day or marked absent if they exceed the breaks(Yeah right, that's how cheap the work culture is) - Extremely tight and ridiculous deadlines. A direct consequence of hiring non-technical people for managerial roles. - Managers work only to impress the CEO at the cost of employees' welbeing\
