1. No work life balance 2. No respect for individuals, when architect can be treated bad then other profiles all the best if you want to join 3. Long useless calls totally summing up to 4 hours plus on an average and you are expected to do wonders in left over time 4. Management is completely spineless and the project is completely left on the mercy of Engagement managers 5. Engagement managers behave as if they are some supreme commanders. They don't have project planning or people management skills leaving junior BA's to do project planning 6. As a result most of the projects over run the timelines and working over weekends are default expectations and have seen some developers working over weekends continuously for over 3 months non stop and their comp off also expires 7. Architects or developers end up taking pressure or blame for not keeping up to crazy timelines 8. Any one with self respect should not join 9. Most of the case when people decide to leave even exit discussion with management does not happen and you are just replaced with an ETA of KT communicated
