Pros
This family-owned company has been doing business for 40 years! Father-to-son. There is NO internal politicking here, NO faceless mega corporate management culture. It may be small, but, they have BIG ideas. The employees are friendly, and the work environment is pleasant. The Redondo Beach location is a plus. If you work with integrity, management will know. Shouldn’t we all be working and contributing to that standard. It’s refreshing to work for a company that values experience and new ideas. You can’t say that about many these days.
