15 days PTO, 2 weeks PAT leave, 4.5% 401k when you put in 6%, 10% EOY cash bonus at project engineer, 10% company stock at senior project engineer or supervising engineer and above. In office, hybrid, or remote depending on role. Ample room for advancement.

Small annual raises. They claim you get a larger raise as you get new roles and move into a new pay band but I haven’t seen that.
