I've worked for several startups and Quandl has been my best experience to date. The leadership really understands the market (having both worked in the industry for decades) and the products are ahead of competitors. The culture is quite relaxed and the people are all very friendly. The company's revenue has been doubling consistency and seems poised for a bright future in a growing market. Like any startup you should be adaptable. Your role and responsibilities will never be set in stone and there will always be an underlying degree of uncertainty with many new product launches and rapid growth. In other words, there will be some "growing pains" and multi-tasking, but this should be expected for someone who wants to work in a startup.
