Pros

I unfortunately cannot identify any significant positives from my tenure here. My experience was overshadowed by systemic issues within the department that made it impossible to appreciate any potential benefits of the organization.

Cons

Toxic Management & Targeted Harassment: The management within the O2C (Accounts Receivable) process is highly unprofessional. I experienced a month-long period of being targeted and threatened by my direct manager(Director ).This behavior was not an isolated incident, as there is a documented history of this individual treating previous employees in the same manner. HR Inaction & Lack of Neutrality: Despite escalating these serious concerns to the HR Vice President and the HR Business Partner, no corrective action was taken. I was told, "You work for Qualys, not for your manager," yet the harassment was allowed to continue without intervention. Unfair Retaliation: Instead of addressing the grievance, the HR Business Partner eventually pressured me to resign, explicitly stating that if I did not resign, I would be terminated. This felt like a direct retaliation for raising a complaint against a manager. Internal Politics: The O2C department is heavily driven by internal politics. There is a profound lack of support for employees, and top management seems disconnected from the ethical lapses occurring within the HR and Finance leadership. Note to Job Seekers: I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before accepting a role within the O2C Collections process at this firm.
