Pros
Interesting problems to work on, okay compensation, in-office lunches and snacks.
Cons
The company used to value transparency and I felt like senior leadership mostly looked out for employees and took feedback, even walking back or adjusting some unpopular policies. Over the last 2 or 3 years things have gone downhill, with less data shared to backup unpopular or controversial decisions - RTO and layoffs in particular. I went from feeling like someone who could make a difference to feeling like a cog in a machine, easily replaced by disinterested leaders at the top.
