They Don't Know What They Are Doing - Aircraft Mechanic Quality Support Services Employee Review

They took over our contract from another company, because of "diversity". Great. ***Roll eyes*** This was back in July. It is now December and we still cannot view our paid vacation or sick leave balances. We have to email them for updated balances. The HR department is one deep. This company clearly was not set up to take over this contract. Huge changes need to be made.
