      Pros

      Established company. Some great people work there.

      Cons

      HR department is terrible. Took me 14 months to get health insurance when standard is 2. Management cares nothing about their employees. Favoritism is rampant. Middle management not qualified to hold their positions. Stay away!

      Pros

      The opportunities for growth and advancement are endless. QC's growth and growth potential, means more and more doors are opening constantly. The support you receive from the top down is also top notch!

      Cons

      It's really impossible to pinpoint a con. There's always room for improvement, but you could say that about any employer.
