QBS tries really hard to maintain consistent schedules and offer consistent hours for our employees by offering guaranteed schedules. Once an employee has two months of 90% attendance (not to include advanced time off) and is in good standing, an employee is eligible for guaranteed schedules so in the event of a patient cancelling, the employee will still be guaranteed their scheduled hours. Guaranteed schedules are not common for ABA providers but QBS values the importance of consistency for their employees and is happy to be able to offer this benefit. We hope that this helps!
