This review's headline is a motto that QualiTech uses. I can attest that this is true. They work hard to treat employees like family (i.e. with respect, kindness, support and constructive feedback) while simultaneously pursuing an aggressive growth strategy. This sounds like a difficult balance to strike because it is. The fact that they consciously try to find the balance makes all the difference.
Cons
As with small firms, resources are extremely limited. Employees who are transitioning from large multinationals may find this a difficult adjustment. However, employees who have an entrepreneurial spirit tend to thrive in this environment.
