Pros
Pay is fair, with generous incentives (e.g. year-end bonus); generous funding for educational development; products are cutting edge and substantial R&D budgets make engineering work extremely interesting; family-oriented culture & environment; supportive managers; health care plan is by far superior to anything I've ever had
Cons
As might be the case with small businesses in general, the workload can at times be substantial. There is a very small turnover rate (most employees have been at the company for 5+ years).
