You get to work on decent projects,

Terrible work life balance. Forcefully made to work 24*7 including weekends. If you fail to do that, you're not a hardworker. Zero flexibility to women, especially in terms of wfh. Wfh is a luxury only for people who are sucking up to their higher ups.
