Teams try to help each other, there is a drive and willingness to better our product. There is no hierarchical limitation, a new entry-level engineer gets the same attention from everyone as a seasoned engineer with years of experience. New viewpoints and ideas are always welcomed.
Cons
Due to offices being geographically diverse, the working hours could be very demanding with early or late meetings or requests.
