- Opportunities to work on many cutting edge technologies and interesting projects - San Diego is a great city to live - Stock plan and health benefits used to be great, now not so much
Cons
- Managers and HRs have very less respect for employees. You are taken for granted. - Office politics is a pain. If you are in a wrong team/department where your supervisor does not like you, you will have a very hard time. - Work-life balance is hard. You are expected to work overtime for the most part.
