      Nice pay and work culture. Also with a strong management this company has stood its ground despite of competition and market recession.

      Cons

      Need to have a campus to better facilitate its employees. Also on-shore opportunities are less as compared to other companies.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
