Low pay, lots of pressure, sweatshop like environment - Software Engineer Qualcomm Employee Review

Experience largely depends on the team. On my there were lots of pressure, overtime (even over night) is expected and implied. People are treated like slaves. Morale is very low, many members of the team H1Bs that have no choice but to shut up and work. Management does not seem to care about the work life balance of its employees.
