Pros
Q really encourages personal development. There are lots of opportunities to participate in training sessions from interesting external folks. There are also good tech talks from interesting external folks (e.g. CIO of GitHub recently gave a talk). Upper management is open to hearing feedback on how to improve things for engineers. It's a very engineer-centric organization. They're pretty lenient with working from home.
Cons
It can be demanding if you don't know how to stick up for yourself. You have to know how to say "No, I'm going home".
