Pros
Great benefits Social life There a lot of activities to do if you get time to do them. The medical and dental is good, so is 401K. RSU structure is not great. The rest is ok, not great.
Cons
Where do I start? Long hours for meager peanuts in return. Your growth in the company depends on which group you are in and how much you suck it up to your boss. Some part of it is true for any company, but, my time at QC went downhill because of the group I was in. Most groups donot allow you to try new things without dinging you for it. My professional life was just stagnant for a long time until I quit. Life has never been better since I joined another company.
