Pros

good salary, benefits, HR policies, flexible timings, working from home, good for ladies, very good projects, innovation, you will be encouraged to do patents

Cons

Need to support on weekends thru out the year Surprisingly sometimes few managers will ask you to stay on weekends and ask you to brush, take bath, and sleep in the office. They say breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided. Though facility is there to order food if you stay late few managers don't like to approve your order. Again surprising thing is, few managers who have late night meetings they will go out to eat and come back to work, so eventually in that team you will finally stop ordering food even if you stay late because of work. No manager asks you to stay late in the office, and at the same time you have to meet your deadline. If you miss your deadline couple of times that's it, you can search a job outside, no need to talk to them. Few managers expect you to be superman, I mean even if you are new to that domain/project/team, from the day 1 they will expect from you an expert results even in design/architecture. They over commit the dates to customers and force employees to meet the deadline. They don't increase head count and don't give you time to learn and do the things. In skip level meeting if you say anything, that's it you are done. Hope you may be scolded or you will have a discussion with your manager to understand that your understanding is wrong. If you want to move another team, it's your dream will never come true. If you are so lucky you will get moved so easily.
