Management gets to choose who stays home without pay when they can’t drive 2 hours from home to work at another office last minute. Management is completely unchecked and acts fully off of emotion and retaliation. Providers and clinical staff are leaving in droves without any acknowledgment from upper management. Pay is mediocre at best.
