Pros

The location is in San Diego

Cons

I am very sorry to say that this company has severe management and strategic issues. There is no trust in their employees, and they get yelled at while doing their best to accomplish their responsibilities; it is not the best way to retain talents, and they are very irresponsible with the company's future. Please note that there are people who have worked there for over ten years, and they are the ones who tolerate poor management and verbal harassment or cannot find a new job. There is no psychological safety, and remaining in this company is very bad for your reputation and your personal growth since the company has been behind in technology for years now. If you really love yourself and your family, this company is not the right place for you. The CEO is not a CEO.

Pros

Company is trying really hard to grow.

Cons

I want to be candid from an engineering perspective while remaining fair. During my time evaluating Quake Global’s products, I observed that recent supply-chain shifts and tariff pressures appeared to impact component sourcing and overall product consistency. Much of the hardware is manufactured overseas, which may introduce variability in quality, lead times, and long-term support depending on vendor stability. From a technical standpoint, the solutions can work for certain use cases, but I would recommend conducting thorough performance validation, reliability testing, and lifecycle cost analysis before large-scale deployment. In my view, the value proposition depends heavily on the specific application, integration requirements, and tolerance for hardware refresh cycles. I’m sharing this feedback transparently because I believe organizations benefit from clear technical due diligence. At the same time, I am actively seeking new opportunities and would welcome the chance to contribute my engineering skills to a team where product quality, innovation, and long-term reliability are top priorities.
