I am writing to represent current employees, ex. employees, and leaving employees from Neopost USA including ex. Neopost, Inc and Hasler Inc. After the merger, unrealistic expectation from management has put employees under the gun. Every time we have put our effort to perform the best results. Our dedication and loyalty have not earned any respect and dignity. Some managers unfairly treated employees. Dedicated employees for both companies were let go due to unhealthy company and management politics. All new behaviors training are just company one way propaganda from corporation orders to employees without consideration for employees themselves.
