Poor work life balance , have to set these boundaries yourself , poor management

Where do I start? - There is no people management in the organisation. The management fails to be empathetic while giving the same lectures for their clients - Protocols are unnecessary long and stretched. Senior dietitians always demand additional service for their clients without understanding the workload of the junior ones. We have even been told to speak to chefs, cooks and instruct them each recipe from the chart which CANNOT BE A PART OF OUR JOB! - HR is a myth in the organisation. Absolutely non considerate, always shouting to get tasks done. YES! HR will call you and tell you why aren’t you taking that counselling ?! VAGUE! - There are no team gatherings, meetings, appreciation, celebration of your work. Everything is just target driven and you are just forced to WORK and do nothing else. - Senior dietitians often skip their counselling sessions/ follow up calls and put all the pressure on you. They make you answerable in front of clients for their own mistakes and will never owe up! Not only this, they will also take your incentives on purpose. - Escalation incharge will never listen to you and fine you for things you haven’t done! - Instructions come differently via different people and there is no SET PROTOCOL FOR ANYTHING. Every employee is confused. Everyone works and makes their own protocols everyday. - The worst among all is their hiring and training. They want their senior dietitians to train the junior ones where they can’t even give a 10 mins slot to the trainees - The management is non transparent and will always be sweet to your face, but will NEVER WORK ON A FEEDBACK. It’s like banging a wall. - No backups of anything and tasks are just vaguely transferred to anyone and everyone without notice or any consideration.
