Pros
1. Quite flexible day to day work and the science/technology is actually really awesome
2. Staff is friendly and eager to help.
3. there's never a boring day (in both good and bad ways)
4. a lot of really smart people
5. easy commute being close to but not in the city
Cons
1. constant turnover. many exec officers have left or been replaced, a bunch of senior technical staff also took off.
2. priorities and work are poorly defined and always changing. feels like leadership and senior management are only into the "nExT tHiNg" and loose interest in the other stuff that they signed up for, so there are many projects with many directions.
3. Compensation is average-literally-targeted at median
4. there are not many food options, maybe two or three places in walking distance. maybe that will improve when the area develops more.
