Their is no cons but some time in the time-crunch situation we have to extend our work hours to complete the given task.

Ceo is very co-operative, he used to ask everyone that in which direction you want to grow so he will give you the chance to grow in that direction with full support and guidance. Sometimes he used to shout to teach us but I learned a lot by his shoutings. I want to say thanks to him to guide us. Exciting and lots of new technologies to learn and build your career.
