      Like any company, there could be some issues but they are manageable, issues could be that the team is very competitive or the nature of the industry is very challenging but overall nothing major

      Pros

      Autonomy to make decisions on a daily basis. Work-Life balance is great. Management does a good job at taking everyones input.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't the best. It is hard to move up in the company.
