      Pros

      Easy to get to know everyone and interesting work. You can wear many different hats if you want to and as long as you show the team you’re willing to try, you can learn a lot. As with any agency, you’ll be constantly adjusting based on client needs. When profits are good employees do get quarterly bonuses, which is nice!

      More team outings would have been great!
