2moThank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We recognize the challenges you've described. Many reflect the complexity of scaling, and we're actively working to address them, for instance through a dedicated Manager Academy that provides practical training on coaching to managers to help them support their teams.
We believe organizational culture isn't something that happens to us, it's something we create together, every day. The bureaucracy, the meeting overload, the execution focus, the disconnect you mention, these patterns emerge from collective behaviors and choices, not just top-down decisions.
If you're experiencing these frustrations, chances are you're also in a position to influence them, even in small ways. That might mean pushing back on unnecessary meetings, championing clearer decision rights in your team, or working with your manager to carve out more strategic space.
We take your feedback seriously, and we're committed to creating the conditions for that change. But we also believe the solution requires all of us to actively shape the culture we want to work in.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
