Pros
Good as far as working environment is concerned. Freshers can learn a lot and can enhance their knowledge.
Cons
Salary package is very low not as per industry standards and the firm works on a centralized decision making which is a one way process. No inputs is taken from the Managers. None of the decision is participative. Job empowerment is missing over here.
