Pros
As a fresher you learn the things apart more from your subject. Able to deal different type of boards analog, digital, mixed.
Cons
Pressure a lot. I don't know the logic if work is there or not, you would be there min 10 to 11 hours(depends on team). Partiality. Suffered by team lead with doing his work also(apart from work also). Politics.
