- the working environment is very international, nice and quiet; - position is by far less stressful than many other jobs in the same paycheck category; - for the tech nerds: you get to play with the latest gadgets earlier than the market; - travelling costs are reimbursed to a certain limit; - lunch vouchers are given each day you work.

- the position promotes robotic work, and new ideas or thinking out-of-the-box practices are shunned, being obedient is far more valuable to the company. There is no reward for working efficiently, and adding the previous point to this, this job will be frustrating for many people; - consequently, promotions are given seemingly at random, not based on performance/efficiency, but rather on friendships and how much one is willing to suck up to the boss; - albeit seeing improvement lately, there were almost no team-building activities within the office, let alone with the other offices.
