High turnover at times like beginning and end of school year

There is no room for pay raises, haven't had one in over a year and half. Ready to move on and over the bull.

The new district boss praises the morning crew, and says the night shift team sucks. Morning crew never cleans the lobby and always leaves a mess for night crew to clean up. When the gm is gone, prep isn't fully completed by morning crew and dishes are left over.
