Pros
Having Worked both Corporate and Franchise, I can say that this company as a whole works well with their employees. Promotions from within are often sought out early on and trained for. Due to a simple promotion structure Staff->Supervisor->AM->GM->Beyond, it makes it easy to move up. Hours and Pay are generally pretty competitive as the company attempts to hire above average employees.
Cons
Expect constant changes in menu and policy. The corporate structure is trying to find itself and goes through multiple major changes a year. This requires relearning and retraining on every detail of employment. Corporate staffing policy calls for less than bare minimum employees. Expect to spend each shift feeling that more people are needed to make a shift run smoothly.
