Rules are not applied equally to everyone. Personal relationships interfere with the application of these rules and regulations, especially when extending contracts, as some extensions are based on personal connections rather than competence, length of service, and employee performance Some employees are appointed based on personal connections rather than merit and qualifications High-ranking officials in the organization disregard the opinions of employees' direct supervisors regarding employee competence. Employees with equal qualifications are not treated equally in terms of contracts benefits and incentives; some rely on personal connections with high-ranking officials within the organization. I believe the ministry should not exercise executive control over the organisation. The pharmacy profession is not given its due recognition and appropriate job classification, unlike other professions.
