Get to learn new things as you will 100% be working on things that are not part of your job role. Ambiance is good There is a coffee machine Lot of outsourced employees (I’m also one of them) Lot of free time

Cons

The management team here are at the company since 20+ years so expect lot of politics, old worker’s mindset, and Expect to have no work 70% of the time and that 20-30% of the time expect to have too much work and tight deadlines
