HR constantly comes out with policy to micromanage people such as punch cards, strict adherence to dress code/ working hours etc QR bonus is ridiculously low as compared to other airlines of the same calibre (bonus are given in terms of days). QR itself does not value staffs which can be shown by grade-based bonus system. only staffs above a certain grade can get higher bonus while staffs lower than that grade gets next-to-nothing bonus. High turnover rate. No assistance provided, no worklife balance.
