Poor management. The management just says what they want to say, and listens to what they want to listen. Managers always come late to the office, but staff is not allowed to be late. Zero respect for the employee. Toxic environment. Headmaster student. Low salary. Experienced staff earn the entry-level salary like fresh graduates. Not competitive compared to the market at all. Heavy workload. You are expected to work like a dog, with a grateful attitude to the management. You work hard, and your line manager takes the credit. Management doesn't want to listen to any idea to improve the work process, they only care about their power.
