Poor pay outdated computer systems QVC say customer satisfaction is the most important but allow a target of 2 minutes per call Company allows customers to speak to staff in a rude condescending manner and you are instructed by qvc you have to tolerate this treatment High turnover of staff

Pros

Pay was average Staff members were professional no one ever got too personal that I know of Hours were great

Cons

Point system sucked! one of the managers tried to discourage me during training I just had gave birth and she was very inconsiderate but I got through it and received my certificate and the funny thing I was one of their top employees. Go figure!
