Pros

A good place to start for graduates. You can get experience in other departments if you're friendly with the right people. Based in a nice part of London. Friendly staff for the most part.

Cons

My personal experience at QVC started off great and I got a lot of fantastic experience but it turned sour very quickly. I experienced bullying from senior members of my team which management were made completely aware of. The bullying persisted for months and management let it continue because it was easier for them to dismiss it as a bit of fun, rather than deal with the bad apples themselves. Career opportunities are very poor and very unhealthy shift patterns. Shifts last 12 hours and you're expected to work extremely unsocial hours which will have an impact on your personal life. Very difficult to book consecutive days off due to the nature of the job being shift based.
