      Pros

      I have no need to bash this team. human things happen and they fix what’s needed on their end. I can say they have worked with me when I needed!

      Online is a little wonky some staff can be more personable

      Pros

      I got to work on a large scale private equity deal despite only being a senior in college. It gave me good under sing how things are structured and how people make things happen from idea to execution

      Cons

      It was a remote internship, I would have liked to have had an office to report to

      Half of leadership are women and racial minorities. The company has sponsored and supported various events assisting women and minorities in the DC region.

      None that comes to mind at the moment.
