Pros
In so many ways, this company embodies what people think of when they hear the word "startup." Unbelievable growth, both in terms of dollars and hiring plans, you can get your hands dirty working in 50 different areas, you're going to learn SO much SO quickly, the money and equity is solid, Honestly, this company is a great way to boost your knowledge and your career - if you work hard you will move up the ladder quickly. Finally, the people here are amazing - one of the worst parts of covid is not being able to just chat with them at lunch or go on coffee walks. Corny, but true.
Cons
Non-monetary benefits are meh, ie vacation policy is a joke by comparison, no 401k match. Workload can vary a lot - some weeks are perfectly normal, some weeks are insane trying to get a feature out the door. There have been times where we've busted our butts on something that didn't end up having an impact.
