Work slowed down lay offs ensued.

The salary is exceptional. The interview was fast. They will not waste your time and will only call you in if they know you will be receiving an offer by the end of the interview. The benefits were outstanding.

The company atmosphere is "every man for themselves" In the department I was in they lost 5 people in the course of the 3 months I was there. They don't communicate with their employees at all. After the interview I never spoke to my boss again. He was either never there or you couldn't get an appointment with him. Even after leaving the company for almost 6 months I still do not have access to 401K as they will not inform the investment company I am no longer employed there. The HR department is inadequate to say the least. Don't bother asking them questions about employment after the offer has been made "It makes you look suspicious" is the answer I was given about any questions I had about the employment offer.
