The Director's don't trust you to do your job and will micromanage you to the full extent. They constantly monitor ALL communications on your computer, whether that be personal or professional conversations.
All staff are treated differently depending on their relationship with the Directors. If you are a 'yes man' you'll be fine and have a great career. Anyone who doesn't suck up to the Directors will struggle to achieve anything or be recognised.
As a 'family run' business, there is a huge divide between the Directors and Associate Directors (which nobody in the company can tell you what the AD's actually do) and the rest of the workforce.
HR is managed by an old family friend of the Directors so any concern or issue you raise, ALWAYS finds it's way back. There is nothing you can raise in confidence and you will be judged/treated badly if you raise any concerns or anything against the people in charge.
All in all - they sell themselves well but in all honesty, be careful if deciding to join our company. It's not as good as everyone makes it out to be.
