What can I say about Circus Street? I knew when I applied that this place had something special about it. Even now, post-merger, Circus Street has managed to retain its sparkle. If you show you care about the company, they'll show you the same. The people are fantastic, a great work-life balance. Work can get busy, but the flexibility we get day to day helps to manage those periods. Really great benefits and in office activities. Supportive management. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the sale of the company, rather than just handing circus street over to the highest bidder.

Honestly, none - perhaps pay could be increased in line with rising costs.
