The HR in this company is awful. Staff members that are meant to be the bridge between consultant and management never give any crucial information when asked.
Dedicated HR members take weeks to reply to even the simplest of emails.
QAC have no sense of acknowledgement or appraisal. They like to rate their employees on scales with bars that are impossible to reach, and would rather spend money giving them cheap drinks than increasing their measly salaries.
Working at QAC has drained all excitement and self-confidence that I had in myself. They make you feel ignored and useless, while promoting more executives to made up roles just to increase the wage gap in the company even more.
And then there's the 12K leaving fee which covers the cost of training that could be more extensively taught by a dog with a suit on. There are free online courses that contain more information than the training course.
Leaving QAC felt like escaping a swamp; you get constantly dragged down, there's a foul stench in the air and you end up with less than you started with.
