4yQ3 has employed over 150 resources across various technologies in the current year so far and these resources have been assigned projects based on their existing skill set and with an opportunity to work on current technologies. This is possible through engagement in projects which require high level of technical expertise. Needless to say, ongoing training programs, on the job assignments and working closely with highly capable seniors assist them to build a stronger technological profile.
