Pros
First off my area manager was great. That is a HUGE difference between some districts. Make your own schedule. Company perks are great including company equipment, vehicle, and also all good benefits. Corporate can be a hassle, but most companies are that way. I would recommend this job for anyone that doesn't mind the weather elements, can stay self-motivated, doesn't mind commission, and traveling up to an hour or so away at times. Hours to me were great. Would not recommend if you have prior obligations such as kids, family, and wife. If they are hiring, I would apply for sure.
Cons
sometimes you have to work late meaning past 5pm. Company policies and software updates constantly changes. When your equipment fails or needs repairs, sometimes causes you to lose time and money while waiting for it to be resolved. Dealership customers can be quiet entitled and feel they can treat you poorly. When it rains or snows you are kind of benched and wont make money.
