We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding Q-Centrix. It’s great to know that the ability to work from home and the flexible schedule has been a positive experience for you. Onboarding and total rewards, which includes income, are important parts of the overall employee experience. We care about our people and have recently built up our People Department (formerly known as Human Resources) in order to further elevate onboarding and learning, as well as total rewards package for our employees. We would love to hear recommendations and help make your career at Q-Centrix a 5-star experience! Please feel free to reach out to your direct manager or the People Team. Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
